I have been a School Social Worker in Campbell County School District working at Lakeview since 1994. I received my MA from the University of Wyoming in Educational Leadership in 1997. My undergraduate degree is in Social Work also from the University of Wyoming which I received in 1991. I am a Wyoming native originally from Lander. My mother still lives in the same house that I grew up in, and my parent's ranch is on the Wind River Indian Reservation.
I am the Wyoming D.A.R.E Educator and train the D.A.R.E. officers statewide; I currently serve on their board as well. I served two full terms and one partial term on the Campbell County Corrections Board as a member at large. Additionally, I serve as the school district representative for the Child Protection Team.
I love to learn and believe the G.A.R.F. board aligns well with my skills and passions. I hope to gain a deeper understanding of the Gillette Abuse Refuge Foundation, Inc. and be able to share that knowledge with the families I work with, as well as with colleagues.
When I'm not at school I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, hiking, camping, participating in most sports, working out, fishing, hunting, baking, reading, and having fun!
