2nd Annual Survivor’s Walk

Please join us at 6pm on Tuesday, October 6th, 2027 at the Gillette Fishing Lake - Rotary Point/Dick Bratton Shelter.

This is a brief but MEANINGFUL event meant to CELEBRATE COURAGE & RESILIENCE of those who have suffered domestic abuse. There will be a short welcome speech followed by a group walk (one lap on the path around the fishing lake).

Participants are encouraged to WEAR PURPLE to show support for survivors and are welcome to make and bring signs with positive, supportive messaging for survivors and Domestic Violence Awareness.

This event is FREE and open to the public, all survivors and supporters are welcome to attend.

Water and purple glowsticks will be provided.

Thank you to all who attended in 2025!

Our first annual Survivor Walk was a great success! We hope to see you all again next year!
