We offer free counseling for adult survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Choose from our in-house counselor, Tammy, or a referral for free telehealth from the University of Wyoming.

Tammy, LPC, CRC, HHC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Tamara is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor serving individuals and families through the Gillette Abuse Refuge Foundation (GARF). In her role, Tammy provides trauma-informed counseling and support services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and related trauma.
Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities with compassionate, client-centered care to foster safety, healing, and empowerment. Tammy brings a holistic perspective to her work—recognizing the interconnectedness of emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being—and helps clients rebuild confidence, boundaries, and resilience after experiences of abuse.
With a strong commitment to advocacy and community education, her work at GARF reflects her dedication to promoting dignity, recovery, and hope for every individual she serves.
